We step away from the need to marketize and sell yourself or your company. You are enough the way you are. You are strong enough to reach your goals just by being yourself on our platform. No masks, no algorithm, the network is private and closed. Only members can see your vision and input, not the whole world.
At Ritch we do business with people who know what they are talking about and share their expertise and knowledge. Some of them aren't the best sales or don't feel good about the need to constantly promote themselves to increase their sales. Let this app be some kind of home for you where you can be yourself, instead of the best sales person in your department/expertise.

It's not always the easiest thing to do, but we are a closed community where there are only members who accept to be open and honest during setbacks and challenges. It's ok to be vulnerable in this community. We are there to guide you.

WE DO WHAT WE CAN, WITH WHAT WE HAVE AND WHEN WE HAVE ENOUGH FOR OURSELVES.
But trust your instincts. Don't push yourself and keep healthy boundaries. Be flexible towards others when they have setbacks but don't be blind for toxic behaviour and dare to stand up for yourself.
WE ARE WELL AWARE THAT NOBODY CAN BE PERFECT IN OUR VISION. WE ARE NOT PERFECT EITHER.
LET THEM GUIDE YOU AND LET IT BE A WAY OF RESONATING WITH OUR ENERGY.

MEMBERS OF THE RITCH NETWORK CAN FILE A COMPLAINT (IN A SAFE AND PRIVATE WAY) TOWARDS OTHERS WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE UNJUSTICE HAS BEING DONE TO THEM OR IF THEY NOTICE ANYTHING ELSE WHICH GOES AGAINST THE COMPANY POLICY. WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ALL TIMES WITHOUT REFUND. THIS IS THE WAY TO CREATE A STEADY NETWORK WHERE PEOPLE CAN FEEL SAFE.

To leave the marketing ways and sales tactics behind you. We are creating a community where people can do business with people based on their experience, knowledge, mindset and vision. We refer you to Linkedin when you want a platform where you can be free to send cold inmails and marketize your services. We ask you to handle every data you receive from Ritch members with respect. You do not add them to your newsletter without their permission and we dislike spam in the groups and inmails. When we notice behaviour that goes against these terms and conditions we will contact you and ask you to adjust. When there is no change after 3 chances we will deny further access to our network.
